Mission
Glassware Labs exists to give those who defend this country, and the people they protect, tools worthy of their trust: engineered in the United States, honest about what they can do, proven by measurement, and answerable to human judgment.
Our vision: warfighters prepared for today's battlefield threats, a company that strives to lead with tomorrow's technology, and all of it part of a United States where machines serve the people.
Capabilities
The mission outlasts any one product. This is the work in hand today.
Passive detection of small uncrewed aircraft
Arrays of microphones and radio receivers that detect small aircraft by their sound and their radio emissions, find their direction from several vantage points, and hand the track to the system the user already runs. Nothing in the kit transmits.
Avionics and flight control integration
Open-architecture autopilots, navigation receivers, data links and ground control software, integrated and tuned for small fixed-wing and rotary aircraft. System identification and control design for aircraft that change configuration in flight.
Signature measurement
Measuring what a small aircraft gives off, acoustically and by radio, with a repeatable procedure and a written result, so that a design change can be shown to have made the aircraft quieter.
Test instrumentation and software
Multichannel data acquisition, signal processing software, and the test reports that go with them. The same engineer designs the measurement, writes the code and signs the report.

How we work
- Measure first, write it down, ship the piece that is proven. Every claim in a report traces to a recorded measurement and the procedure that produced it.
- Parts from the open market. Designs use commercially available components, so that nothing depends on a single source.
- Developed in the United States. All design and software work is done in California, under United States export rules.
- A person decides. Our systems report what they detect and how sure they are. What to do about it stays with the operator.
